I'm pretty sure you can get a tattoo at any age in any state so long as you have your parent's consent
Im currently on probation at the age of 17 but am apprenticing for a tattoo artist. Do you have to be 18 years or older to be a tattoo artist and do you have to have a liscense to tattoo?
The laws vary from state to state in the US. Most require you to be at least 18 to obtain a tattoo. Some have exceptions with parental permission. Your local tattoo shop can provide a quick answer for your state.
I think its around 17-18 like england.
The age varies from 14-17 in most places you have to be 17 and over but in some regions you can get a tattoo at 14 with a parents consent :)
Once you turn 18 yes - prior to that age, no.
In burlington vermont you can go and get a tattoo at any age
there is not a legal age to get a tattoo but need parental consent if you are a minor
Age restricitions vary by branch; however each will enlist an individual at the age of 17 years old with consent of both legal parents: US Army 17 - 42 years old US Navy 17 - 34 years old US Air Force 17 - 27 years old US Marines 17 - 28 years old
If that's in the US then most states don't allow shops to tattoo any one under 18. Unless you know some one that is willing to tattoo you then you may have to wait until you're of legal age to get tattooed.
No, at least not in the US.
