In a healthy individual, bacteria are not supposed to live in the brain and blood(bacteremia). It's only during an infection ,bacteria are seen in the brain and blood(e.g. meningitis )
I could be wrong though!!
We are covered in bacteria. In our mouth on our tongue on our skin...
Bacteria should not be in places in the human body that is not sterile or not colonized. These places include the abdominal cavity, the blood and lower respiratory tract.
They are not found in any place that should be sterile. In our bodies, that would be the muscles, nervous system, blood and heart. Never inside a unborn baby.
bacteria is affected anywhere in the body.
Bacteria can be found throughout the human body. There are good and bad bacteria. "Good" bacteria is necessary for organ function.

Viruses are parasitic, they can infect plants, animals, and bacteria, and the can cause serious or not too serious diseases. They also infect specific tissue in the human body and cause disturbances in this organ such as flu virus
Bacteriophage is the virus that infects bacteria
Part of the reason is the difference in size. Another is that we consume bacteria but not actually infect them. It is a matter of terminology.
There are many differences * Bacteria are microscopic while human is not. * Bacteria are prokaryotes. Human is eukaryote. * Bacteria has a cell wall. * Bacteria are the earliest known organisms on earth.
Bacteria, fungi,or parasitic worms invade the human body.

The weight of bacteria in human body is estimated to be 1 to 2 percent of the entire body mass. Bacteria is useful and can be harmful to the body.
