Where is Auxiliary fuse for cigarette lighter 2006 Ford Focus?

It is in fuse box. Fuse # 47 in central junction box under hood. it is a 20 amp fuse.
Rebuttal: There IS no #47 fuse in the under the hood fuse box. I changed the one inside the car, on the left panel, and lighter STILL doesn't work!
