Where is Buddhism most common in the world?

This is really not true anymore. Buddhist started in India and Central Asia and then they spread out going as far as Japan and Eastern China. But in modern day, Buddhism is popping up all over the world. I have never agreed with statistics stating where Buddhism is located because Buddhism is located in almost every part of the World.

Buddhism is most heavily concentrated in Asia. It has also spread, to a lesser extent, throughout the religiously free world. The only countries where it has not become established is where there is no religious freedom, such as totalitarian (sharia-based) Muslim countries.

Mostly, Buddhism is dominant in Eastern Asia, in countries such as Vietnam and Cambodia, China, Japan, and Korea. (Although China is Communist, it is still widely practiced).
