4) inside Sizzle (in a tanning bed)
5) to the Chinese Food stand in the atrium
Feed him a robot bird from the toy store, but he shows up again to steal your scooter after you chase the crook driving the security cart.

Follow him into the right wing, to MacGuffin's then to Sizzle, then to the Chinese food stand in the atrium food court. Feed him the bird and he slithers away.
