I was looking at the 1998 Ford Escort owners manual and it shows :
There is a group of 6 ( 5 fuses and 1 space ) outside of the passenger
compartment main fuse panel
( The cigar lighter is the only fuse that is a YELLOW colored 20 amp fuse in that group of 5 fuses )
The diagram shows CIGAR , but I don't know if that is just for the diagram
