Probably the blower motor resistor is shot.
Much of the Dash heating/AC system in our 1992 32-foot Winnebago Chieftain was supplied by SCS/Frigette of Forth Worth , Texas. (www.scsfigette.com) The blower motor resistor is accessed by opening the hood of the motorhome. The four-wire blower motor resistor connector is located on the front of the SCS evaporator assembly directly behind the passenger side headlights. The resistor is accessed by unscrewing the two phillips-head screws on either side of the blower motor connector and prying the resistor assembly out of the evaporator assembly with a regular screw driver.
open the hood and it's on passenger side under hood

You probably need a blower motor. Check the Hot electrical feed to the motor. If you have replaced the resistor block you know where the motor is located (just to the right) It is easy to replace and can be purchased everywhere, including a junk yard. Remember some Resistor Blocks fail because the motor is old and drawing to many amps.
The resistor is on the upper left side of the firewall. there are two screws that hold it in place. and it has 6 or 8 wires with it.
If yourtalking about the heater blower, I believe they are hidden behind the glove box inner liner.
CHECK THE BLOWER HOUSING. IT SITS INSIDE THE HOUSING AND IS SECURED BY SCREWS ON TOP OF THE BLOWER HOUSING.
by the blower motor there is a resistor connection, you will find it melted the blower motor is bad. it draws to much power causing the connection to get hot and melt and burn. you will have to change the connector and the blower motor. the blower is still working but its drawing to much power, the motor windings are shorted out inside. disconnect the connector from the resistor and you will see it.
The motor will be located under the hood at the far right corner.
It is located behind the window washer reservoir. Actually the blower resistor is behind the window washer reservoir. Sorry

YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE GLOVE BOX. ITS MOUNTED ON THE FRESH AIR DUCT.
