To get to The Locker on Dragonfable, you have to do a few things. First, you have to go to the docks in either Falconreach or Amittyville. Next, go fishing until you catch what's called a Johny Fish. A cutscene will appear and you'll be underwater. COmplete this quest and you'll be at The Locker.
