Go to dewford town (Or island i dont remember the name) and go to granite cave. Talk to the hiker near the entrance of the cave (Note: once inside the cave not outside!) and he will give you hm 05 flash to help you get through the darker part of the cave down below. Warning! To use this hm outside of battle you must first defeat the gym leader brawley in dewford town (Or island!).
