Whe you look at the engine, you will see the spark plug wires running along the front, toward the top of the engine. Follow them toward the driver's side to where they all come together and plug into the top of the coil. The coil is a square black module with 4 round connections on top where the plug wires attach.
Please check your spark plugs,wires,distributor and rotor or the ignition coil module. My '93 LX has an ignition coil module.

The car has electornic ignition. There are no points. The timing is a coil packand set for life.
Disconnect the battery, which you should do anyway when replacing an ignition. There will then be no danger of it inflating.
