Dodge uses what is called a "Powertrain Control Module" or PCM this is located on the PASSENGER SIDE inner fender just behind the air box where your air filter is. It will be aluminum colored and looks like a flat box.

It's held on by two Phillips head screws, which I use a 90 degree Phillips driver to get to one, and a long screwdriver for the other. You can also take off the bracket it sits on.

The Body Control Module for a 1999 Dodge Durango is tucked away behind the right hand side of the glove box. You have to unscrew the glove box off, then push the BCM up to loosen it from position and then give it a really nice tug to remove it.
