The oil filter is located on the driver's side of the engine, near the front, on the bottom side of the engine.
5W30 and 10W30 The Concorde manual for the 3.2L says 10W-30 is preferred for warmer temps and 5W-30 preferred for 30F and below.
Under the front of the car a little to the left side on the engine block.
The oil capacity on a 2000 chy. Voyager is 4.5 quarts.
