How many people practive judaism?

There's no reliable way to evaluate any numbers that describe "practice", since

so much of the practice is a private matter, and it's still dangerous in so many

parts of the world.

But the number of people worldwide who, if you ask, tell you that they are Jews

is about 15 million ... about 0.2% (two tenths of one percent) of world population.
