Similar cells work together (known as a tissue)

Tissues work together (known as organs)

Different organs produce different enzymes for different situations.

Examples of organs that secrete enzymes:

Salivary glands, stomach walls, pancreas, small intestines.

The most common answer is probably the pancreas. However the stomach produces pepsin and the small intestine produces a number of digestive enzymes.

Protein is broken down by the stomach. It stores and digest proteins (Protease). From there protease is broken down into smaller molecules by pepsin.
