What is this low pressure value your looking for do,is it for a air conditioning, more info needed, car, make, model, engine size, what kind of problem are you having.please leave more info. yes, it's for the air conditioning freon refill on a Ford focus 2003
It's up underneath the plastic inner fender liner, front passenger wheelwell. I found it easiest to take the wheel off, and, remove enough of the plastic screws to pull the liner away from the port.

passenger side fender well
*Assuming* you are referring to the A/C low pressuer valve/port: It's up underneath the plastic inner fender liner, front passenger wheelwell. I found it easiest to take the wheel off, and, remove enough of the plastic screws to pull the liner away from the port.
Assuming this is a Ford Focus you have, from outside the vehicleyou will find the low pressure acport behind the passenger side inner fender. You will want to remove some of the fasteners holding the front section of the inner fender to helpgain access to the port.
I recently added freon to the low pressure side of the system. The port is located under the passenger side fender. You need to remove the, then take 2 fasteners off the front edge of the fender liner. You'll find the well hidden low pressure charging port there.
Remove the left front (driver's side) front tire. Looking inside the fender well itself locate the screws and plugs that hold the plastic wheelwell to the metal fender. Remove them and pull the plastic fender well away from the back of the well. Underneath you will see the A/C ports.
The low-side charging port is located in the stupidest of places. It is on top of the AC accumulator, which is in the front passeger's fender, ahead of the passenger's front wheel. Reach up into the fender from underneath, and you will feel the accumulator. Reach way up on the top rear of the accumulator and feel around. It's there. I found it MUCH easier to actually remove the front passenger wheel and enough of the plastic screws attaching the fender liner to pull it out of my way. Otherwise you would have to be a contortionist with 3 hands.
In a 2003 Ford Focus : The engine coolant reservoir is on the passenger side of the engine compartment ( it has a thread on pressure cap )
this is for focus 02 svt ! low pressure port is on the top of the accumulator bottle, which is in front of the right front tire behind the fender liner. If you push the plastic from the bottle side, it will pop out enough to let a hand get up there to the fitting. I skint my wrist when removing the filter :(
Remove the right front wheel and loosen the forward mounting screws of the plastic fender spray skirt and pull it down to expose the accumulator and low pressure recharge valve.
