There is no part of the earth's crust that is mostly composed of just iron. However the rocks composing the oceanic crust (basalt and gabro for example) are enriched in iron and magnesium minerals when compared to the rocks forming the continental crust.

In terms of the whole Earth, the core is enriched in iron with an estimate that it is composed of approximately 85% iron.
