Oreburgh City has two cavern-like areas linked to it. One is the tunnel in the east which you first enter the city from, then there is the Oreburgh Mine in the southernmost point of the city. You will know you are nearing the entrance because you will see what appear to be big yellow conveyor belts, bearded men wearing yellow construction hats, and Machops carrying boulders. Just keep going south from there and there's the mine.
