The reservoir is on top of the left wheel well. But note it takes a special oil, not Power Steering fluid.
The pump and reservoir are GM made. The black cap is located under the drivers side upper rad hose. It has a level indicator built into the cap. Just remove and add. A small skinny funnel is need to deliver oil as it is a tight fit.
