May be a plug located at the bottom or rear of radiator
Lean over the front bumper and look at the rad, go to the right side if the rad and look at the bottom corner area, the drain should be located there. That's where it is on my 93.

if it is not on the lower right side of the radiator just above the drain line it's probably been broken off! you can loosen the clamp on the bottom radiator hose and pull it off to drain it if you need too! i suggest that you loosen it and then reach down from the top to pull it off if you dont you'll take a bath in anti-freeze!
