sorry but you can't find it in Pokemon diamond/pearl without migrating regirock from Pokemon ruby, sapphire, or emerald. But I think there is a cheat on the action replay for it, but I don't know the cheat.

∙ 14y agoRegirock is located in a temple in the Desert. Head South until you find the temple. If you've solved the braille puzzle, the door should be open.

Rerock is only avalible at ruby, sapphire, emerald version.
