There are 23 occurences of the word "snow" in the New International Version of The Bible - 21 in the Old Testament and 2 in the New Testament. These are:

I don't know if Jesus Christ is referring to the elect all around the world or just in Jerusalem, but read around the verse. I know snow has been mentioned in the Bible. I would say based on this verse that there was a winter in Jerusalem at one point, or there is there is.

It is somewhere in the Old testament in some mountainous area where colder temperatures would prevail. There is no justification for the White Christmas IDEA IN THE bIBLE- NO SNOW IN Israel.
