I have the 91, but mine was located way up behind the fuse box... its a big black thing... the blue box is your air bags btw... i had to remove my airbag controller because the sensors went out the the lights bugged and then after removing the bulb a buzzer start sounding lol... so anyways, its the giant black box/fuse thing.. keep your door open and pull it out... if it's still buzzing try the other one... it's a tight fit to get up there. have fun! Depends on what exactly their job is. Not all CDL jobs are equal.

Yes. If the passenger is hurt in an accident caused by the driver, the passenger is fully entitled to sue the driver. In fact even if the passenger is a spouse of the driver, the passenger can sue.

You have to remove the battery, then the frame holding the battery and the fuse box. After that you can remove the cover to access the bulbs. Its an annoying hassle just to replace the bulb.
A "backseat driver" is someone who tell the driver how to do his/her job. One might also call a backseat driver a "Peanut gallery," based off of another idiomatic phrase meaning someone who always has something unhelpful to say, and is very vocal, connotatively annoying.
