It's a black box 17x7x6 cm with Volvo part number 3533004 located behind the dash board close to the steering. If you need one I have one. Gustavssons@hotmail.com
It's just under the steering wheel, if you take the black cover off that's secured just under the steering wheel, you'll see it.
It's on top of the steering column behind the instrument cluster.
in the trunk, left side, underneath the speaker, to the left
I have a 92 940 turbo as well My fuses are located behind the ashtray. If you lift up under neath the ashtray it should pop out and on the back it will tell which fuse it is I want to say 23? but I am not sure as I am not near my car.
do you want to fit an other radio if so you need an amp bypass lead i get them from halfords in the UK details are found on fitting looking page one and two.
There are 4 amps, one on each speaker, the speaker is in an enclosure with the amp built into it.
Answer940s have fuses in the tray behind the ash tray. On a US 94 940 #26 is the Radio & Amp and #5 is the antenna Did the radio display read off or code? If so you simply need to enter the code. However some radios have a diode across the power input to prevent damage. That diode may have blown and need replacement. I know of no fuse links (wires that melt) on Volvo 940s.
to bypass a amp you would have to run wires from the radio to the rear speakers or just cut both wire that go to the amp and got to the speaker and spice them togather i have a 94 mustang and it does sound like s_ _ t
infinity speakers have the amp on the speaker
No.....!
To run a monitor speaker or to connect several amps in series to pre-amp your amp.
A regular guitar amplifier is generally just the amp head itself (no speaker box), while a combo amp contains the amplifier and the speaker all in one containment box.
