Recharge port for 99 blazer is located on the passenger side close to the firewall on the upper side of the silver cylinder tank located there. Trace your a/c hoses from your a/c unit across engine compartment. The larger line connects into the side of this tank. Black cap on port screws off to reveal quick connect recharging port. Smaller line from a/c unit also has a quick connect port with black cap. Single hose recharge kits(134a) will only fit recharge port on side of tank. On the opposite side of tank is the low pressure cut off switch and wiring plug for your a/c unit. This switch prevents a/c unit from coming on if refrigerant pressure is too low.

Connect your Freon bottle to the low pressure port on your 1998 Chevy S 10 Blazer air conditioning compressor. Discharge the Freon into the compressor. A recharge kit will make this process quite simple.
That would be the low pressure service port and it should be located on the receiver/dryer.
The recharge port is on the larger AC pipe
The low side pressure port for the 1999 Monte Carlo should be on a pipe against the firewall. It is just to the left of the Dipstick.

Recharging the air conditioning is simple with a recharge kit. Connects the Freon bottle to the recharge port on the air conditioner compressor. Release the Freon into the compressor.
Into the low side service port.
The AC low side service port on a 1999 Chevy Astro van is located next to the firewall. It is the port that is closest to the evaporator.
The 1997 Chevrolet Blazer OBD 2 port is on lower edge of dash; right of parking brake
