The mint mark position on all Mercury dimes is to the right of the E in the word ONE on the reverse of the coin. No mint mark = Philadelphia D = Denver S = San Francisco
If you got in change spend it, in 1968 the only mint marks used were D & S a coin without a mint mark was struck in Philadelphia.
1919 makes it a Standing Liberty quarter, so the mint mark is on the obverse (heads) side, just to the left of Liberty's feet. D is Denver, S is San Francisco, and no mark is Philadelphia.
