If you are referring to the emergency fuel shut-off switch (inertia switch), it is located behind the kickpanel on the passenger side.

I'm not a mechanic / technician but I BELIEVE the fuel pump inertia switch on a 1993 Ford Ranger is in the front passenger footwell , under the front edge of the carpet , mounted on the toe board just to the right of the transmission hump
On a 1994 Ford Ranger : Check in the front passenger footwell , under the front edge of the carpet , mounted on the toe board just to the right of the transmission hump ( that's where the fuel pump shut off switch / inertia switch was on my 1993 Ford EXPLORER )
