if you are standing at the front of the jeep it should be on the left side of the throttle body. closest to the valve cover.

Do you mean the IAC valve? It is locsted on the throttle body. Remove air cleaner housing and you will be able to locate 3 sensors there. The MAP sensor, TPS (throttle position sensor) and the IAC valve. The IAC is located closest to the throttle cable. Good luck!
