The AC power relay is located behind the right side of the dash on a 1991 Chevy Corvette. It is on top of the plenum.
in back on top by distributor, or down on driver side engine block on the side by the bellhousing, look for wires and round unit threaded into the block.

check fuses. check bulbs. check wires. If not any of those, good luck.
if it is an 350 eng it is located at the rear of the intake manifold,on the top of the block, next to the dist.
Check for power and ground at the tank. If it is okay then the sending unit is most likely the cause.
