The Ignition Diagnostic Monitor (IDM) information is sent from the Ignition Control Module (ICM) to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM computer). The PCM monitors this information to check on the Ignition System.
The ICM is Black in color in 1994 and newer Ford Trucks. Do not use a Gray module as it will cause the PCM to output a code of a missing IDM signal.
Auto Part stores have the wrong part listed for these trucks.
i have a f350 7.3 an my low range is flashing on what does that mean

yes

I believe it does
14 quarts
The firing order for a 1995 F350 460 is 1, 8, 4, 3, 6, 5, 7, 2. As you face the engine, even cylinders are on the right and odd ones on the left.
I'll include a link to a video below that will show you how to repair the ignition coil in your Ford F250 or F350. hope this helps.
Possibly a neutral lockout switch, possibly a bad connection, possibly an ignition switch.
15 litres including filter
remove column dust covers, along with ignition switch. then remove retaining
14 quarts plus 1 for oil filter
