I have a 97 Town and country LXI FWD with a 6 cylinder engine. If you are standing at the front of the vehicle looking at the engine, the PCV valve is on the left side of the engine under the intake runners. There is a long hose that runs all the way under the intake runners and then connects into the intake on the right side (there is an elbow right where it connects in).

It is inside the valve body, inside the transmission.

A Chrysler Town and Country does not have a water flow valve. The cabin temperature is controlled by a airflow door inside the dash.
