Where is the PCV valve located on a 1994 four cylinder Nissan pickup?

It is located on the lower, right, front side of the engine. Access by removing the left front wheel and folding back, or removing, the splash panels. The PVC valve is facing forward and is easily removed. To be in more detail: Remove passenger side front tire and splash guard in wheel well. Looking in at the engine, the PCV valve is located between the alternator and the oil filter, about 1 inch higher than the alternator. PCV valve may be hard to see, it is black, screws into a black manifold, and a black hose connects to it. PCV valve points to the rear of the truck, the hose runs to the bottom of the intake manifold. I saw only the nut part of the PCV valve. This was on a 94 Nissan 4 cyl and 4x4. Replacement is simplified by removing the oil filter.

How do you change a PCV valve on a 94 Chevy S-10 4-cylinder?

== == I'm not sure. I have a 2000 S10 4cyl. and I can't find the PCV valve. The only thing coming out of the valve cover is a short 90deg. hose that connects to the air intake box. Does this engine have a PCV valve? I'd appreciate any info. == == I don't know about the 2000, but the 94, the PCV valve is underneath some throttle linkage. At the front of the engine, you'll see the radiator hose, then an AC line, and underneath a plastic shroud, you'll see another hose. Take off the plastic shroud by removing the screw at the top of the shroud. The PCV valve is held in by a screw fitting, back it off and you'll find the PCV, pull it off the hose attached to it and replace.

Where is the PCV valve on a 94 Jeep Cherokee Laredo?

may i ask what size engine it has? The 4.0 six has no PCV, but uses a small hose from the back of the valve cover to the intake to perform that function. The front hose is a fresh air inlet from the air cleaner. Additional Info: If you are running a V8, the pcv valve is the plastic gadget poking out of the top of the valve cover with a 3/8" (?) hose connected to it.

Where is the pcv valve located on the 1995 Nissan Altima?

'I have been through this on my 94 Altima, and let me warn you, it's not a walk in the park by any stretch of the imagination. The PCV valve is located beneath the intake manifold on the right (passenger) side. It threads into the breather seperator and points toward the center of the car. To remove it, you'll have to remove the Idle Air Control valve located on the end of the manifold log. Be aware that you'll have to do at least part of this task underneath the car, and that the IAC valve has antifreeze circulating through it (I found this out the HARD way!!!!!). It also might help to unbolt the breather seperator from the head. If you can afford it, pay a mechanic if it really needs to be done.

Where is the PCV valve in a 94 camaro with v6 3point4 engine- if the PCV hose is loose will your engine drink gasoline like a soccer player after the game?

Should be the small black device located on top of the engine, it has two plastic lines going directly into it. If it is damaged it could in fact affect gasoline consumption, however to what extremes I am uncertain.
