∙ 2006-06-22 14:16:56I have a 1994 K 1500 Blazer, (350), and just had the oil changed. They told me that it needed to be replaced because it was corroded. This was at a 10 min. oil change place so I told them to not replace it since it must have took them 2 min. to take it out. (So I figured that I sould be able to find it and replace it) but if you wanted it done it shouldn't cost that much since they quoted me $11.95 to replace it. I'll be checking up on it and find out how to do it myself.

That year truck does not have a modulator valve on the transmission. it has a electronic transmission in it.
