Where is the PVC valve on a 1988 Buick Century with a 2.8 engine?
Note that a 2.8L engine is a V6 and has two valve covers. Did you try looking at the other valve cover?

The EGR valve is located under your hood, right next to the transmission dipstick tube. It has a metal cage on the bottome side of it, and a plastic sorrounding peice on top. It will have three 13MM nuts holding it to the throttle body, and two 10MM on the bottom holding the small exhaust bybass tube. The bleed valve on the radiator is on the lower, passenger side of the radiator on the side facing the engine. On my truck, it is tucked away above part of the frame. The bleed valve on the engine block is also on the passenger side of the block, close to the middle and a little further back towards the cabin. To be honest, that one is hard to get to.
