It is located in the transmission valve body under the transmission pan. It is about 1 1/4 inches in diamiter

AnswerIf it has a 125 c transaxle (3 Speed automatic)it is located under the side transmission pan accesable from the passenger side engine compartment. You may have to lower the frame mount bolts to get the pan to come out. It looks like a small rectangular metal bracket attached to the valve body with small bolts. it has usually 2 wires going to it. remove the bolts and pull in the direction that the botlts came out . It has a small o ring on it to seal the tcc apply pressure. Some replacements come with a separate ground wire. Follow the instructions supplied with your new solenoid.

On the chevy solenoid, you may be looking for the shift solenoid, and wondering where it is. The shift solenoid on this car is located inside the motor.

The solenoid/starter motor assembly is installed on the lower part of the engine next to the transmission bellhousing

The 1990 Chevrolet Corsica TCC transmission solenoid is located on the top of the transmission. The solenoid will be near the back of the transmission.
