On July 23, 1851, the United States government signed a treaty with the Sisseton and Wahpeton bands of the Dakota Indians at Traverse des Sioux (French for "crossing place of the Sioux") or Oiyuwege (Dakota for "the place of crossing").
I believe that the Treaty of Paris is located inside the National Archeives in Washington District of Columbia.
Minnesota is the northernmost state of the contiguous 48 states, or the "Lower 48". A segment of Minnesota's boundary juts north to include Angle Inlet (49˚ 20' 43" N), located in the "Northwest Angle", due to an error and ambiguity in the Treaty of Paris. This is the only section of the contiguous US located north of the 49th parallel.

Treaty of Portsmouth (located in the state of New Hampshire)
In order to resolve the Aroostook War, Daniel Webster and the British ambassador, Lord Alexander Ashburton, had to create a treaty. In this treaty, known as the Webster-Ashburton Treaty, the territory that was fought over was split between Maine and British Canada. The treaty also settled the boundary of the Minnesota territory.
