Just in front of the ECU case. As you look into the engine compartment from the front of the car, there is a steel line to the left of the radiator core and in front of the ECU compartment. Look for a plastic cap, remove the cap and the port is revealed.

This is actually a trick question. There is NO High Pressure Port on the Volvo 850 Turbo. Service is done by connecting to the Low Pressure Side and using this access to both Evacuate and Service.
