Open the hood and look in the bottom right corner of the engine compartment. that black box holds the air filter, release the clips on each corner and lift the cover off and there it is!
The fuel filter is part of the pump module in the fuel tank on a 2006 Dodge Charger.
I believe it's on the air intake tube, between the filter and throttle body.

I believe the IAT is the plug that is on the intake tube, between the filter and throttle body.
install a high flow exhaust, reprogram the computer, and install a K&N air filter.
on my 68 charger it is in line between fuel pump & carburator
underneath the car on the fuel line in front of the gas tank.
