depends on ur stats really..if u are a pure go to train on hill giants near varrock, keep the big bones and sell them if u have at lesat 40 def then go to lesser demons or you could go to pvp worlds and get some kills

∙ 13y agoYou should train at that place under barbarian village go to the floor with lvl 50 Spiders and yeah or you could kill hill giants lvl 28 if you have brass key close to varrock (between barbarian village and varrock)
a good place for a level 60 should be moss giants or the giant turtles near castle wars as i leveled there from level 60 to 69
you should also train on red spiders they are really go for combat or rng buy bring so trout or salmon yeah got 5k down in like 15 mins or less

Where to train also depends on what you are looking to train. If you are level 42 in RuneScape I am guessing you do not have the best of levels, and not too much money to waste. At this point in the game you would want to spend your time training where you will get the best amount of XP, but you may lose some money on food and potions. Depending on your status of Membership, too. If you are not a member your places to train are limited. Lets get down to business.
At level 42 you should train at the following places. I will name them under two categories. Non-Member and Member.
Non-Member
Hill Giants (West of Varrock)
Barbarian Village (West of Varrock, South of Edgeville)
Varrock Sewage (Middle of Varrock)
Fallador Knights (South of the Center of Fallador)

Rock Crabs (North of Camelot, in Relleka)

Just train your Dialga to lvl 61 and use Earth Power for Bertha (Ground), Flint (Fire) and Lucian (Psychic, except Bronzong) and use your Rapidash and Luxray to beat Aaron (Bug). Thanks All you have to do is get an infernape that knows mach punch and flame wheele. Then use it and your lvl. 55 dialga. Trust me. This is what my sister did. I also did it but with palkia and infernape.
