I had the same problem. I don't know alot about cars so I looked at my brothers car. I followed the cord that looked crinkled the best way i can describe it. It is connected to the engine I found it at the very front on the passangers side tucked awa at the headlight. I hope this helps Ihave a 2000 accent GS
