I have a 91 DeVille, and it is located on the firewall just under / behind the Maxi fuse & relay assembly. Mine has 2 connectors to it, a 2 prong connector with 1 red wire, and a 4 prong connector with a black, a purple, and a purple and white wire. The assembly is held in with 3 small screws. You may need to move the fuse assembly out of the way by taking off the 2 10 mm nuts holding it to the firewall. I think the 92 DeVille is similar to the 91.
the resistor is located in the blower module which is located under the hood by the a/c evaprator case
where is the fuse for the traction control module located on a 2000 Cadillac Seville
The blower control module is defective.
Open hood . Disconnect blower module located near blower fan. Disconnect, if blower shuts off, repalce module
It is located under the dash near the blower motor.
The 2000 Chevrolet Corvette blower motor control module can be found behind the passenger side dashboard. You will need to remove the dashboard in order to access the module.
1991-1993 DeVille blower control module (power module) location If you are standing in front of the car with the hood open, look left of center on the firewall for a cover that says "Maxi Fuse / Relay Center" remove this cover (two 1/4 turn fasteners on the front and one sheet metal wingnut on the top near the hood hinge). Underneath the fuse and relay center, you should be able to see the blower control module (power module) bolted to the top of the evaporator / blower module. Wires to the connector are color coded; Black, Purple, white and red. Cadillac Man
What model? This probably has electronic Climate control, therefore there isn't a Blower resistor. The blower is controlled by a Blower Motor Module...its mounted on the HVAC case under the hood near/next to the blower motor.
It is located under the hood on the passenger side, it screws into the evaporator case.
On the firewall to the right (when facing the firewall) of the blower motor.
I have an 89 Delta 88 and if you have Electronic Climate Control there is a control module located just right(passenger side) of center at the firewall. It is in the same location as the blower fan resister assembly on a car with standard a/c controls.
Something called a blower control module takes the place and is found in the hole where you would find a blower resistor, so there isn't a blower resistor in that vehicle. As far as the blower control module is concerned, the module is serviced as a unit. No part can be fixed or replaced. This is not to be confused with the control head in the dash. The blower control module is held into the heater box with two 8mm screws outside the firewall under the hood, where you would normally find the blower resistor pack.
