Not knowing what year S10 you have, you can generally find the blower motor high speed relay nearby the blower motor on the firewall. The resister for the other lower speeds is also found close by the blower motor.

Remove the wiring harness from the 1996 Chevy Cavalier blower motor. Remove the blower motor retaining bolts. Remove the blower motor fan. Reverse the process to install the new blower motor.

If you are saying the blower motor will not work, then check the fuse. Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1996 Chevy Corsica blower motor. Remove the blower motor retaining bolts. Remove the fan from the front of the blower motor. Reverse the process to install the new blower motor.

Need to know what year. FYI, the relay for the blower motor only operates the high speed function. The lower speeds are operated by means of the blower motor speed resistor.

You didn't mention what year S10 Blazer you have but, the blower motor speed resistor can be found under the hood, on the passenger side of the firewall, close to the blower motor.

Are you asking about the heater blower motor or the engine cooling blower motor?

Heater motor switch and or the connection at the switch is melted. Also check connections at the blower motor and blower motor resistor for melt down damage.
