Disconnect the negative battery cable and wait two minutes before working in the vicinity of the impact sonsors.Wait until the engine is completely cool before beginning this procedure. To access the blower resistor,carefully pull down the lower right under-dash panel.(Below the glove box)Remove the two screws and pull the blower motor resistor from the heater housing.The twisted pair of wires are the ones going to the blower motor.
The blower motor resistor is located on the lower right side of the HVAC unit housing inside the the vehicle under the dash on the passengers side........
replace the blower motor resistor
its down under the pass side dash two screws hold it in place and one plug
The Blower resistor should be tested which is located near the blower motor, the resistor is probably faulty.
The blower motor resistor is located under the hood, in the right hand cowl, behind the windshield washer bottle.............
On the B250 van the blower resistor is located behind the passenger glove box, remove the glove box shell and resistor is located just to the right side, you can't miss it.
Blown fuse? Bad blower motor? Bad resistor pack at blower motor? Bad switch?

I have been working on an issue with my 2002 Dodge Ram. The blower motor and resistor are both located on passenger side under the dash. Easily accessible in cab.
Bad blower resistor? Bad low speed relay? Bad switch?
