It is under the hood on the passenger side, up over the strut tower in the firewall.

The resister is right behind the glove box.
It is over the passneger side strut tower, under the hood, in the firewall.
Usually if the resistor is bad the heater will only run on full blast.

If the inside fan won't shut off, the blower resistor has failed. It is located behind the glove box.
Behind glove box take a 5/16 socket 2 screws real easy has 2plugs going n to it
Probably the blower motor resistor is fried. New ones from Dodge dealer are usually about $20 for the part. A very cheap and easy DIY fix.

The blower motor resistor is mounted in the heater box directly behind the dash glove box. Remove the contents of the glove box and push in on both sides of the glove box stops. The glove box door will fold down exposing the resistor. Remove the two screws holding the resistor in the heater box to remove the resistor.
