it should be located in the engine compartment,against the firewall.

The blower motor relay only operates the high speed function. That relay would be in the fuse/relay center under the hood.

The blower motor relay for high speed would be located in the power distribution box under the hood.
Its not the relay, it is the blower motor resistor.
The Heater/Blower Relay is on the blower motor housing under the dash in the passenger compartment on 1999-2002 models
You will find it in the fuse/relay center under the hood.

The fuel pump relay on a 1995 Chevrolet S10 pickup is located underneath the hood. The fuel relay will be inside the fuse box.
Horn relay? Fuel pump relay? AC clutch relay? HVAC blower motor relay? Most of these are located in the engine compartment under the hood.
The blower motor relay is located behind the glove box compartment beside the blower motor resistor. When you remove the glove box compartment, just look to the left of the resistor and the relay is located directly beside it with a metal retaining frame holding both the resistor and the relay.
There are many relays in that vehicle, most are located in the power distribution box under the hood.
