The brake fluid reservoir on a 2002 Dodge Caravan is located on the master cylinder. This will be in the engine bay, on the drivers side, near the top.
Should be at the firewall on driver's side in front of brake booster
On the firewall, in front of the booster, on top of the master cylinder.
It is located against the middle of the firewall. It has a gooseneck with a cap on it, so it is not readily identified.
If it's not on top of the brake pedal look on the brake reservoir.
In a service manual. Chilton or Hayes are widely available. On my '94 3.0 caravan, the reservoir is in the engine compartment, next to the firewall on the the drivers side.

Could be the brake fluid reservoir is low which would be telling you the brakes need attention. Could be parking brake not fully released
