The skid plate/splash shield need to be removed in order to access this. It is a plastic butterfly type and should be easily removed by hand or with the aid of pliers. The other two are located on the driver's side of the engine block. This truck takes over 12 quarts of coolant so these two drain plugs need to be opened in order to completely empty the coolant from the system.
