try connecting your fallout 3 folder to a new folder and if that doest work open the fallout folder and delete some stuff you don't need like some sounds
It shouldn't matter since the DLC's are merely ESP and BSA files that can be simply dropped into the Fallout 3\Data folder and selected via the game launcher Data Files option. Why don't you simply get a cracked version of the DLC's?

the thing is u need a steam directory folder to look at the core files of fallout 3 wich in result needs u to buy it
you dont have to install them just put the stuff in the data folder and when you open the launcher go to options and click on the expansion name and press of and launch the game and there you can play it.

Fallout 3 GOTY Edition takes up about 8GB. While Fallout 3 itself is about 6GB. I suggest you have at least ~20GB free on your HDD at all times. Otherwise your overall computer performance will take a very heavy hit.
If you are asking for an X360 version, it is not possible. But for the PC if you go to where it is installed you will find a folder called Data, put your mods in there. for help loading mods, use Fallout Mod Manager, because certain mods require other mods to launch first. E.G. A companion mod i made, called 4 New Companions, that had to be loaded after RRcompanionVault.esm
Occasionally Fallout: New Vegas will freeze, but not as frequently as Fallout 3.
