Under the hood on the passenger's side, directly behind the battery in the corner.

You didn't mention what year S10 Blazer you have but, the blower motor speed resistor can be found under the hood, on the passenger side of the firewall, close to the blower motor.

Try looking on the end of the dash drivers side where the door and dash come together.

it should be on the top of the heater core box in the engine compartment, it will have a wires running to it
