It doesn't have a dipstick for the manual transmission , the transmission fluid level is checked at the FILL PLUG on the side of the transmission

Just fill the transmission through the dipstick. That is the way I've ever filled a auto transmission. Never had a manual that I had to fill, but I would think that you would fill it like a rear end.

NO. The 95 transmission is a electronic / computer controlled transmission. The 1984 does not HAVE the electronics to make the 95 transmission work.

Why, certainly they have. Literally HUNDREDS of people every week trade their 1984 Accord LX with automatic in on 1984 Accord LX with manual. It's the only realistic way to go. If you were asking how to change a 1974 Volkswagen Bug from automatic (yes, there was an "automatic" transmission for a Bug) to manual, I'd tell you. But an Accord? They're extremely plentiful, in all the popular price ranges. No one's collecting them, and there's a good market for automatic-transmission Accords. So...trade the car in on the one you really want.
