If equipped with one it should be on the Bottom, back side of the raditor on the left or right side. You can always just losen the lower hose on the raditor. If this is not a factory radiator it could be painted over. I put a Modine rad. in my 86 Silverado and I noticed that it had a new style drain PLUG and not a petcock. It was painted over and was hard to spot at a glance. I may possibly be plastic so use a boxed end wrench to keep from smearing the hex head. It may also have a butterfly end and resemble a wing nut. This too, will be plastic.

Replace petcock with a properly sized plug Be sure you turned the petcock back in all the way. Try opening and re-closing petcock, may be some trash in it.On mine you have to push in on the petcock and turn it to re-seat it.
